When you submit our quote form, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, event date and any details you include about your event. If you call or text us, we see your phone number. We do not collect payment information through this website.

02How We Use It

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quote;
• To coordinate delivery, setup and pickup for confirmed bookings;
• To contact you about your existing reservation.

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly asked to be kept in the loop.

03Service Providers

Form submissions are delivered to us via FormSubmit (a form-forwarding service) and our website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process technical data (such as IP addresses and request logs) as part of operating the service, under their own privacy policies.

04Cookies & Analytics

This site does not set tracking cookies. If we later add privacy-friendly analytics, it will collect only aggregated, anonymized usage data.

05Data Retention

Inquiry and booking records are kept for as long as needed for business and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.
