Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a refundable security deposit on a card hold, sized to the gear value (typically $100–500). It's released within 24 hours of return after inspection.
How much is delivery?
Delivery, setup and pickup inside LA County starts at $75 each way depending on distance and load size. Free pickup from our North Hollywood warehouse is always an option.
Can I pick up the gear myself?
Absolutely. Pickups and returns at 11817 Sherman Way, North Hollywood — by appointment, Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00. You'll need a valid ID and a vehicle that fits the gear.
What if something breaks during my event?
Normal wear is on us. Damage from misuse (liquids, drops, overpowering) is billed at repair cost against the deposit. Optional damage waiver available on request.
Is there a minimum rental period?
One day. Weekend rate (Fri pickup → Mon return) is 1.5× daily, a full week is 3× daily.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your rental. Inside 48 hours we charge 50% of the booking; same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
